I have this awesome black vinyl skirt which SixxSeven gave me awhile back, and it has torn at the zipper seam. I am wondering if there is any way to repair this. I have vinyl repair glue, and am wondering if it will hold if I use a $hitlo@d of it between the inner lining and the vinyl. Any suggestions?

I've heard of duct tape being used (from the inside) but as a temporary fix for the evening when the tear occurred at an event. Don't know how successful that was, though.
