I have come across this word and I have been unable to find a meaning for it. Maybe it is because English is not my first language. It is slang or something? Here is a link, second line:

Re: Can anybody tell me what "Snarkling" means?
Wed, December 6, 2006 - 5:13 PMAh. I believe it is a derivative of the word "snark" which generally means "sarcastic." Since many goths are naturally sarcastic or have dry humor, they are often known to be "snarky." Take it one step further and a "snarkling" would be a "sarcastic darling" -

Re: Can anybody tell me what "Snarkling" means?
Mon, December 11, 2006 - 11:38 AMI think it's more of an insult of sorts actually. Like gothling, usually "little" used before hand. It makes more sense that snarkling would be a term for a little goth with a higher than thou personality. That's just my opnion of slanf however. :P

Re: Can anybody tell me what "Snarkling" means?
Wed, December 13, 2006 - 4:51 PMJust don't confuse "Snakling" with "Snorkling", which means hunting for sea-dwelling Smurfs.

Thu, December 14, 2006 - 5:42 PMOr "snorfling". Ran across that in an Opus comic in the Sunday paper, something about the kissing habits of a certain penguin.
